The team behind ADE Consultants
Ellen is an accountant-tax consultant and entrepreneurial coach. She has been running ADE consultants since 2012, where she offers strategic advice and personal guidance. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, city trips and organizing parties for friends and family.

Charlotte has been present in the entrepreneurial scene since 2017. After 7 years at Liberform, the training fund for the liberal professions, she found her way to ADE Consultants. Here she is the internal point of contact for everyone and manages everything. In addition, Charlotte is also mom to her little darling Mila.

Anouk joined our administrative team in March 2025. Prior to that, she worked as a medical secretary for eight years. A constantly ringing telephone, a busy mailbox, and welcoming our visitors with a smile? Anouk can do it all and always puts her best foot forward.

Benjamin joined our team in August 2025. Having developed a passion for numbers at work, he went on to study for a degree in accounting after completing his initial studies. He then studied at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels while working full-time. He now has over seven years' experience in the sector and brings a wealth of knowledge and coaching skills to our team. He is also passionate about travelling and the friendly dogs that roam around our office.

An has been involved with ADE behind the scenes for many years, but since May 2025 she has been stepping forward as a dedicated customer partner. She has many years of experience in the sector and knows how to get things done. She provides part-time support to our team remotely. An is also the proud mother of three children.

While studying Accountancy-Taxation at the Karel de Grote Hogeschool, Cato worked at ADE Consultants as a job student. After an additional educational bachelor she found a perfect place in our team. She is currently continuing her studies at the Fiscale Hogeschool in Brussels. When she has some free time, you can find her on the tennis court, behind her camera or already baking in the kitchen.

Eldira has a Degree in Accounting Administration and is further expanding her knowledge with a post-graduate Certified Public Accountant at PXL University of Applied Sciences.She loves being able to apply the knowledge she has gained directly to work. In her free time, she enjoys going hiking, traveling and spending quality time with her two adorable kittens.

When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time in nature or with family. She also enjoys helping children around her with their school work.

Kaoutar has been working behind the scenes for ADE for many years. With a degree in Economics and Management, she applies her knowledge and skills in accounting. She is responsible for entering and processing financial documents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and discovering new places while travelling. She maintains our accounting records, which is a great help to our team!

This cheerful Bernese Mountain Dog has been part of the ADE team since June 2020. He is always enthusiastic, really likes chicken feet and his favorite spot in the office is close to his owner. But when someone enters the office, he is the first to welcome them enthusiastically! You have been warned 😉
